Tom co-founded Bloom after five years of development, asset management, and investment experience at FTSE 100 REIT SEGRO. He was also CEO and Co-founder of a data analytics PropTech start-up named GeoHood with Antler VC, and has an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Sam co-founded Bloom after three years at London commercial investment agency GN2 and two years of mixed-use development at FORME Development in Vancouver and Los Angeles. He also has an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Samuel is the Finance Partner at Bloom. Previously he was Finance Director at Quidnet Capital Partners LLP and has held other senior finance positions at Funds, Private Equity Managers and Real Estate Trusts including Hermes Investment Management and MGPA. Samuel also manages a finance and reporting consultancy. Samuel is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Chris joined Bloom from Capital Industrial where he was Capital Projects Manager for 6 years responsible for the redevelopment and refurbishment of the full portfolio of industrial properties. Before joining Capital Industrial in 2016, Chris was Property Development Manager at Ocado, where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of various properties within the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Ocado, he worked at Faithful+Gould for multiple funds across the UK.

Award-winning RIBA & ARB Architect,  specialising in complex building envelopes, BIM & MMC at Wilkinson Eyre. Previously CEO & cofounder of venture-backed geodemographic software TOAD.ai, as seen on Dragons’ Den. Real Estate Msc from Bayes Business School.

Harry joined Bloom in June 2021 and currently works as a development surveyor, assisting in the development & asset management of the existing portfolio assets as well as new acquisitions. Harry is a Chartered Surveyor having completed his APC qualification in 2023. Harry also has a MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Mickey joined Bloom in September 2021 and currently works as a development surveyor, assisting in the development & asset management of the existing portfolio assets as well as new acquisitions.
