Crosstree Real Estate Partners and Bloom have acquired two multi-let industrial estates in London for their £200m last-mile, industrial and logistics joint venture.

Bloom, the ultra-urban industrial investor and developer, and TPG Angelo Gordon, a diversified credit and real estate investing platform within TPG, have secured a series of lettings in their ultra-urban industrial portfolio in central London at rents of around £40/sq ft.

We have secured a £29 million loan with Crosstree Real Estate Partners to fund the repositioning of, a new, multi-let industrial estate in Hayes, West London.

Crosstree Real Estate Partners, the London-based private real estate investment firm, and Bloom, the urban industrial investor and developer, have kicked off a new £200 million last-mile, industrial and logistics joint venture with the acquisition of a multi-let industrial estate in west London.

This property was purchased from Workspace Group for £21.5 million.
